Nominees simply need to complete the questionnaire to be in the running.

The survey has been designed to give judges an understanding of your success as well as key factors that have contributed to this success.

You are able to nominate a colleague, family member or friend by forwarding this website to them or emailing their details to kkahler@acpmagazines.com.au.au.

ELIGIBILTY

Entries are welcome from all women regardless of organisation size, industry sector or position (ie. employees and employers are eligible).

Nominees must reside in Queensland, although their employer may be based interstate or overseas.

Any corporate information provided will be kept in complete confidence and not disclosed to third parties without prior consent.
