Strong economic performance has seen the Silver Chef family continue to grow this month, with the recruitment of five new personnel.

The leading equipment financier has filled key positions across the country with experienced and talented team members, including two in Queensland.

One of the significant positions to be filled was that of National Franchise Manager.

James Scurr (pictured), has significant experience as a business consultant and coach, franchisee and small business owner and has developed an impressive array of contacts within the hospitality sector.

Formerly a manager for Birch Carroll and Coyle Cinemas, he also managed the integration of Hoyts into BCC.

Chief Executive Officer Charles Gregory says the recent recruitment drive is a direct result of Silver Chef’s strong economic performance.

“We are very conscious that in order to keep delivering growth results for Silver Chef we continue to develop our talent pool,” Gregory says.

“James Scurr is the sort of energetic and flexible strategist that we encourage here at Silver Chef. It is great to note that while we welcome new employees to our hospitality division, we have also been busy hiring new team members for GoGetta,” he adds.

Other GoGetta additions for July include: Jordan Clements, GoGetta Queensland Sales Executive; Rebecca Bullock, WA Regional Sales Manager; and Duncan McClure, NSW Regional Sales Manager.

Greg Turner has also been appointed South Australia/Tasmania Dealer Relationship Manager for Silver Chef.
