Nixon Advantage while unveiling plans to expand the range of products and services offered to accountancy firms in Australia and New Zealand.
The announcement comes as the business makes its first appearance on the BRW 2010 Fast Starter list.
Ranked 48 among the country’s 100 fastest growing start-up companies, the firm is one of only 15 Queensland-based businesses included on the list.
CEO Rob Nixon explains the thinking behind the recent rebrand, and outlines the firm's new divisions.
“The advice we give our accounting firm clients is to always be looking to see what extra value-add services they can offer their clients, to help their clients improve their businesses,” Nixon says.
“We are now practising what we preach by adding a range of new services that will greatly enhance our clients’ businesses,” he says.
Nixon Advantage now comprises a number of divisions, including: coaching, publishing, community, events, consulting, training and speaking.
“The name change also reflects this move - our clients will benefit greatly from having the Nixon Advantage,” Nixon adds.
Established by Nixon in 2005, newly named Nixon Advantage is the leading coaching and consulting firm for the accounting profession in Australasia.
In 2009, the company was recognised as the fastest growing consulting firm in Australia in the Westpac sponsored Smart50 Awards.
