HopgoodGanim Lawyers has welcomed a new solicitor to its leading resources and energy team.
Damian Roe will advise on all aspects of energy and resources law and will specialise in native title, cultural heritage and land access issues for ordinary land tenure.
Roe joins HopgoodGanim from the Queensland Government, where he worked as a Senior State Negotiator with Indigenous Services at the Department of Environment and Resource Management.
His experience includes advising on indigenous land use agreements and representing the State in native title negotiations and at National Native Title Tribunal mediations.
Roe started at HopgoodGanim on Monday, April 19.
