NAB has today been recognised as an employer of choice by the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA).

The Bank joins 94 other organisations being recognised for their policies and practices which support women across the organisation, and have had a positive outcome for both women and the business.

NAB CEO Cameron Clyne says providing a flexible and inclusive workforce is a priority.

“Valuing people and the strengths they bring to the workplace is crucial to building a sustainable business,” Clyne says.

“We are very pleased to have been recognised as an employer of choice for women. We also recognise that there is always more to be done in this area and we will continue to work at providing an environment where people are valued and able to contribute, achieve and be recognised – it’s the right thing to do, and it’s also good for business,” he says.

“Culture and reputation are key priorities for NAB and how we support and develop the women in our workforce is a big part of this.”

Today's announcement runs in conjunction with International Women's Day.
