Employment Office has appointed Mick Dwane as its operations manager.
Dwane, who will be based in the company’s global head office in Brisbane, will forge relationships with new clients with the aim of generating fresh business.
He will also be responsible for working with existing clients to assist with enhancing their recruitment processes and ensuring Employment Office remains at the forefront of the recruitment marketing industry.
Dwane joins Employment Office from Reality Cruises, where he was the Sales/Marketing and Operations Manager.
He also has vast experience with small businesses, running his own dive store in Northern Ireland.
With a strong background in the tourism and retail industries, Dwane says he is excited and highly motivated about his new position.
“I look forward to working closely with the current account executives and developing new growth opportunities for the company,” he says.
“I’m also excited to be joining the company during a promising period of global expansion.”
