February 9, 2010Award-winning Queensland coffee house
MerloCoffee has spread its wings; setting up shop at the Brisbane Domestic Terminal.
The newest location joins 13 existing stores across South East Queensland, including Bowen Hills, Southport, Springfield Lakes, University of Queensland and the Brisbane International Airport.
Providing respite for weary travellers, the MerloCoffee queen at the Domestic Terminal is Trista Cunningham.
She will be serving up Merlo’s Private Label – the premium blend exclusive to Merlo owned stores.
Merlo’s caused a culinary revolution back in 1958 when they introduced Queenslanders to an exquisite new taste from their Italian espresso machine,
Since then, MerloCoffee has quietly gone about the business of roasting the best coffee beans in the world, now making them available in their purest form to all jetsetters and employees who heed the coffee call.
The first Bar Merlo was established in Queen Street, Brisbane in 1992 and three years later, the Merlo Coffee Torrefazione (Italian coffee roasting house) was opened in Fortitude Valley.
