The Christmas-themed promotion is also expected help Tourism Queensland increase the visibility of a range of Queensland tourism products over the festive season.
"There will also be an incentive for competition entrants to share the competition details with their friends for the chance to win an additional holiday in Queensland," Lawlor says.
"Once consumers have entered the competition, a link to the 'Best Holiday in the World' homepage will be provided directing consumers to the Best Holiday deals in Queensland," he says.
"Since the launch of the original 'Hey Hey this is Queensland' campaign more than 173,000 Best Holiday campaign website pages have been viewed.”
