NightOwl franchisees can now monitor store progress with the help of its newly launched e-learning system, ‘NOEL’.

The web-based information and training tool was designed specifically for the chain's 56 stores, providing valuable information at the click of a mouse.

NOEL provides a comprehensive online training and reporting facility, allowing franchisees to assess store and staff training progress in real time.

Document templates, company information, reports, orders forms and promotional material will also be accessible through the innovative program.

NightOwl Training Manager Lisa-Marie Kerr says NOEL provides a variety of opportunities to the NightOwl group.

“This is an extremely exciting time for NightOwl as we set world-class training and reporting standards across our business.

“For the first time, we will have the capability to automate our training processes and track store and individual staff progress in real time,” she says.

The online portal also facilitates the publication of ‘must read’ news, rosters and notices on the homepage.

“Our suppliers and business partners will also have the opportunity to promote their products and services through NOEL to the NightOwl group,” Kerr says.

The system has been developed with Superior Services, an online communication provider.

Superior Services CEO Gary Valkenburg says he is excited to be working with NightOwl.

“Our partnership and the launch of NOEL has been a work in progress for several months,” he says.

“The NightOwl World Manager system is a world class platform that will take NightOwl’s operations reporting to a new level, while setting a new benchmark in the training, communications and human resource development for the Convenience Retail industry.”

NightOwl is an Australian-owned and operated franchise, which employs more than 500 casual and full-time staff across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
