Computer manufacturer Optima Technology Solutions has named Mackay's Easy Internet Services as its National Business Partner of the Year.
Easy Internet Services won the award for the second year in a row, outperforming a number of larger national resellers to take home the title.
The small Mackay-based dealer has sold more Optima products in the past financial year than any other Optima business partner, making it the highest-performing dealer in the country.
"To be the winner of such a prestigious award for the second year running is a real achievement," owner Deon Attard says.
"It validates our business model and shows that by having a true understanding of your products and customers, you can succeed in the competitive local IT market - no matter what size you are."
With a team of only six people, Easy Internet Services has attained an impressive sales performance, beating many regional and metropolitan dealers with access to greater resources and more active markets. Based on its high sales figures, the company has also been rewarded with a free trip to Turkey.

Easy Internet Services has been an Optima business partner for more than three years and is the sole Optima reseller in the Mackay region.
Leveraging Optima's range of value-add services, including dedicated account managers and comprehensive marketing support, it has been able to maximise revenue for the region.
"To better enable us to meet our customer requirements and further grow our marketshare, we are currently undergoing renovations to expand our service capacity," Attard says.
